1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use thedietdesk.in or book a consultation with The Diet Desk, Perumbakkam, Chennai. By using the website or booking, you agree to them.
2. Our services
We provide personalized nutrition consultations, diet plans and follow-up guidance, in person at our clinic and online. Exercise and yoga guidance is included in the diet plan at no extra cost; it is not offered as a separate service. Our services are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor, and we do not provide emergency care. Please read our Disclaimer.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information, including all medical conditions, medicines, allergies and pregnancy.
- Keep your doctor informed, and don't stop or change any prescribed medicine without their advice.
- Tell us promptly if your health changes during your plan.
- Bookings for anyone under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we have received your details and payment and confirmed your slot with you. Fees are shown on the booking page; package fees are agreed with the dietitian after your consultation and can be paid through a payment link we send you. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Results
Everyone's body, health and circumstances are different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, such as a specific amount of weight change or change in test values.
6. Your diet plan and our content
Diet plans are prepared for you personally and are for your own use. Website content, plans and materials belong to The Diet Desk and may not be copied or resold without permission.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information given to us, or from not following medical advice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
